Safety and Our Staff

Our continuing success over the past 31 years is primarily down to the hard work and enthusiasm of our staff. Our incredibly experienced, knowledgeable team are recruited on the basis of not only their qualifications and ability to perform their role but also the commitment to offer students the best possible activity experience available.

All our staff are employed in the UK and subject to Police checking via the Criminal Records Bureau for their suitability to work with young people and other vulnerable groups.

A thorough programme of induction training is in place to ensure that staff have a comprehensive knowledge of our operating practices and the centre specific details relating to our activity areas.
