How to Book

This Web Site has been designed to give you an idea of the options and choices available for a trip with Rockley Adventure.

If you already have a clear view of what you want for your group please follow the step by step guide below to book a trip with us. If you have any questions at all or need to adjust our standard program, please do not hesitate to contact us and discuss your requirements.

Step 1
You should select your choice of activity trip and the dates for your trip.

• All trips to our French centres are 9 days and 8 nights from Saturday to Sunday.
• Trips to our UK centres at Poole Park Lake and Rockley Point can be for 1 day or up to 5 days and 5 nights, please refer to our separate price list and booking form for further details.

Step 2
Contact our Schools Team to check availability, we will be happy to assist in any way possible.

Step 3
To make a confirmed booking we require a completed booking form together with payment of a deposit (£50) for each paying place in your group.

Step 4
Written confirmation of your booking will be sent to you on receipt of your booking form and deposit payment.

Step 5
Any amendments or changes must be made initially by telephone to our office in Poole and then must be confirmed in writing.

Step 6
A second deposit (£60) for each paying place is required by 1st February.

Step 7
The final balance is due 2 months prior to your departure date.
