Terms and Conditions
There are very few rules as far as this promotion is concerned, however, we should make a few points clear!
They are just common sense really!
1) Those recommending a friend must be 'valid recommenders'!
A Valid recomender is defined as either:
- Someone who has been named as the group leader on a completed residential booking that travelled to a Rockley activity centre since 1st January 2006 or
- Someone who will travel as the group leader on a confirmed residential booking to a Rockley activity centre during the 2010 or 2011 season
2) Only genuinely new recommendations will be valid under this scheme.
A genuinely new recommendation is defined as:
- A group leader who makes a booking on behalf of a school / group that has not placed a residential booking with us for travel after 1st January 2006.
3) The newly recommended group must make a valid booking for either party to qualify for their gift. A Valid Booking is defined as:

A residential booking at any rockley centre of not less than 5 days in duration for not less than 30 paying students.
4) Where a group leader already organises a trip with their current school / group and moves to work at a new school / group, we will consider them to be both a valid recommender and a new recommendation therefore they will qualify for a choice of two gifts.
5) In the event that gifts become unavailable for whatever reason, we reserve the right to substitute the gift for a comparable alternative.
6) Unfortunately, we can't extend this offer to those that have recommended friends in the past.
