Parents Information Evenings 2009 Trips
With the start of the 2010 season slowly creeping up on us and the booking process in full swing, we are now looking to arrange your Parents Information Evening.
A Rockley representative is available to come into school and host a presentation to the parents of your trip participants. The presentation runs through a typical week at a Rockley Adventure centre and gives details of the safety management systems in place. This usually provides a good basis upon which you can then deliver any ‘school specific’ information before inviting questions from the audience.
The Rockley representative will be more than happy to work with the team of school staff to answer these questions as appropriate.
Usually the evening takes approximately 1hr and we normally aim to start at 18:00 or earlier wherever possible. If however we need to make any special arrangements, please don't hesitate to let us know.
When can we do it?
The Rockley Team will be in your area during the week(s) specified in your original invite e-mail.
*Please be aware that all dates are allocated on a first come first served basis.
I am sure you will appreciate that resources are limited and with the whole country to cover, we must work in as clse to a 'geographically efficient' way as possible in order to offer a fair service to all group leaders.
Therefore, no additional dates are available!
