Welcome to the Boat Show Information Page. Please take a few moments to read the notes below and download / return all the necessary documents.

We will be sending out some important information in the post to you next week and this will be sent to the group leader named on the original registration form.

Initial Paperwork

Health and Safety

In addition to fulfilling any school specific policy requirements, group leaders must:

Complete and return the Schools Safety Form that can be downloaded here.
Provide Rockley Adventure with their mobile contact details whilst at the show. (These details should be put on your names lists)
Provide Rockley Adventure with a full list of names and any relevant medical details for their entire party.

Whilst Rockley Adventure are happy to provide advice in respect of meeting points and brief the students on the layout of the show, the overall responsibility for the students safety and behaviour remains with the group leader.

Photography Consent

Group leaders must complete and return the Photography Consent Form that can be downloaded here.

Admissions Procedure

Please Note: It is essential that you read the information below and provide complete, accurate information for use by the show’s official attendance auditors.

Group leaders should contact the Rockley Representative at the show approximately 30 minutes before arrival at the entrance by calling 07967 378 203.
(This number will divert to the relevant individual!)

Staff, Accompanying Adults and Students aged 16 and Over

All those members of your party aged 16 and over will be admitted to the show by way of an adult ticket to be dispatched by post in the very near future.

The names of these individuals and any medical conditions must be given to the Rockley representative at the point of entry, using the 16+ Names List that can be downloaded here.

Any unused tickets MUST be returned to the Rockley representative on arrival!

All students must wear a completed wristband carrying the emergency contact details of the group leader! The wristbands will be mailed to the group leader along with other useful information in the coming days.

Students aged 15 and under!

All under 16’s will be admitted on the basis of their accurately completed attendance register. This MUST be presented on the official Under 16’s Names List that can be downloaded here.

Please ensure you have sufficient copies of this document for your needs and an additional copy for us.
