It is absolutely essential that you bring accurately completed documentation to the show! The Show organisers will not allow your group to be admited until they have a fully completed copy of the following documents.

Under 16's Names List - Present at Entrance
This document should include the details of all students in your party aged 15 or under. Please be aware that a copy wll be taken from you at the entranc of the show and you must therefore have sufficient copies to continue to manage your group throughout the visit.
Over 16's Names List - Present at Entrance
This document should include the details of all students or accompanying adults / staff in your party aged 16 or over.
