Thank you for expressing an interest in organising a school visit to the Tullett Prebon London International Boat Show.
We are delighted to once again be able to offer schools free tickets to this fantastic show during the organiser's Careers, Skills and Education Week, Monday 11th - Friday 15th January 2010.
Tickets are available to schools and these are allocated on a first come first served basis, therefore it is important to register your interest ASAP, using our online form.
The information below is intended to help you organise your visit in school and fulfil the safety management requirements of the organiser. To ensure you visit runs smoothly, It is essential that you read all the information in full and present the relevant documents to security staff on arrival at the show.
Site Inspection Visit
We appreciate that some group leaders will be required to complete a pre-trip inspection visit to the boat show site. To arrange these visits, please indicate your requested date on the application form. Admission procedures to the site will depend on when you visit:
- Inspection Visits Before 8th January - You will be provided with a 'Build Up / Break Down Pass' You MUST wear sensible shoes and report on arrival to the organisers office (located in the Boulevard to make them aware you are onsite at the venue)
- Inspection Visits from 8th January and thereafter - The Show will be open to the Public and you will therefore be provided tickets to gain entry.
Essential Paperwork to Complete
On completion of your online application you will be directed to a page where you can download a copy of the organisers 'School Parties Safety Form' and 'Photography Consent Form'. Both of these forms should be completed immediately and faxed back to Rockley Adventure marked for the attention of Richard Howard.

Tickets
The Show no longer has a child’s ticket for entry. However you will be required to show 2 documents on arrival:
- Your Rockley Adventure Confirmation Letter that you receive on acceptance of your application.
- A register of all children aged 15 and under (Don't hand the register to security. A copy must be presented to a Rockley Representative on Stand N061M. This register is essential for the show organiser's audit Purposes)
Adult tickets are only available for teachers and will be provided on acceptance of your application.
All Applications must be received by 18th December 2009. Please note that your visit is not confirmed until writen confirmation has been received from Rockley Adventure.
Any unused adult tickets must be returned to Marine House, Thorpe Lea Road, Egham, Surrey, TW20 8BF, marked for the attention of Ashika Gauld, Marketing.
