Urgent Action Required to Secure your 2009 Booking!
With in excess of 4500 students traveling to our French centres in 2008 and considerably more expected in 2009, we need to launch next years programme very soon.
It is essential that you pre-register your interest now to ensure you have the best choice of dates and activity centres.
A member of our schools team will then examine your registration and contact you to discuss the options wherever necessary.
Book ASAP to Avoid Disappointment
It makes everyones life a lot easier when trips are booked in the spring / summer term for departures the following academic year.
Whilst we appreciate that all schools are different in terms of poltics / availability of funds, we can't guarantee that we will be able to hold availability for groups until a deposit is received. However, that is not to say that we will not be able to look at special arrangements for particularlly reliable, loyal customers.
2009 Booking terms and Conditions
All trips booked (£50 deposit) before 18th July 2008 will save £15 per full paying place over the 2009 list price. In addition, where a group of over 40 full paying students is booked in accordance with this offer we will allocate 2 additional free places for the use of staff, accompanying adults or their friends and family.
After the first deposit of £50 per paying place payable on or before 18th July 2008, there is then nothing to pay until 1st February 2009.
